Leadtime Level Questions for Items Not Made and Sold in the Same Branch

I know these options are likely enhancements. However, I wanted to check to see if anyone had a way to calculate these or knew of an existing program.

Scenario 1

I purchase Item 1234 into a storage warehouse - Warehouse A. This item is the only child on Item 9876. However, this item is manufactured in Warehouse B. The system is set up with a branch/plant relationship of 5 days between Warehouse B and Warehouse A. Is there an option to have 5 days added to the Leadtime Level in Warehouse A? If not, neither the Leadtime Manufacturing or Leadtime Cumulative will calculate on Item 9876.
