Configuring annual open enrollment for employees to enroll in PS Benefits 9.2

Hello,

I am new to Peoplesoft Benefits and I am required to setup annual open enrollments for employees so that they can enroll using their self service tile when they log in to PS 9.2.

I have gone through available documentations, youtube videos etc, but I could not find any reference material that clearly out lines step by step approach of setting up annual open enrollment.

Can Oracle provide any MOS note or high level setps to setup OE in PS 9.2?
