Issue While Importing Line Items Using CSV/XLS Format

Hi Everyone,

I'm encountering an error while importing line items using both CSV and XLS formats. Here's what I've tried so far:

Exported existing line items from another record.

Attempted to import them into a new record.

Tried uploading both a single line item and multiple line items.

In both scenarios, the system fails to insert the line items. I've attached a document named Import_CSV_Fails.doc, which includes screenshots of the errors. When uploading multiple records, an error message appears. When attempting to upload a single line item, the system displays a blank screen.

Has anyone else experienced this issue while importing line items? If so, could you please share how you resolved it?
