Using Goldengate to replicate data from oracle 19c oracle 12c

We are currently using Goldengate v19 for Oracle 12c to replicate to oracle 19 database. After we switch over to new system on Oracle 19c, we will need to replicate back to Oracle 12c. Which methods is best to do this?

Current configuration:

Source: Oracle 12c1/Goldengate 19c with classis Extract.

Target: Oracle 19c/Goldengate 23ai with Integrated Replicat.

Future requirement: replicate data from Oracle19c back to oracle 12c1.
