Can I use WSFC in an environment where SEHA is configured ?

Dear Support,

Based on document : Standard Edition High Availability(SEHA) FAQ (Doc ID 2895233.1) for Q/A
1: Can I use WSFC in an environment where SEHA is configured ?
No. You cannot use WSFC(Windows Server Failover Clustering) in environment where SEHA is configured.

My question is :
What does it mean that we cannot apply WSFC (Windows Server Failover Clustering) when using SEHA or if we use SEHA then there is no need to use WSFC (Windows Server Failover Clustering)?

Thank You,
Jimmy
