Is it possible to create new PO for an existing PR ?

My client has an existing PO related to PR and this PO has remaining amount and now they need to close the current PO and create new one with the remining amount.

Example : Current PR with amount 190,000 USD then they did autocreate to PO with amount 190,000 USD and they release some amounts for this PO and remaining amount of this PO is 150,000 USD , So now they need to close this PO and need to create new PO with the remaining 150,000 USD but to be linked with the original PR.

Is there any possibilities to do so ?
