19c(19.3) grid patch in oracle linux 9.4

i want to install oracle grid 19c(19.3) with latest patch p37769929_1926000DBRU_Linux-x86-64.zip in oracle linux 9.4.but i cant it is giving me error in java version.and also creating problem in creating ASM disk.can anyone give the process how can i solve these issues and install it?
