Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. i have created a user for the purpose of running SQL Advisor and i gave the user the following privileges.

but when i try to run a sql tuning advisor task i get :

Error	ORA-28112: failed to execute policy function
Error	ORA-28112: failed to execute policy function

can anyone explain if the privileges above are sufficient to run SQL tuning advisor with user DBTUNE
