Call from Oracle (R12.2.5) to Amazon S3 bucket and get some attachment url

Hi Oracle Community,

i have a requirement , our AR invoice attachment are stored in AWS S3 bucket. i need to get the URL from S3 and store into oracle fnd_attachements (AR Transaction side). is there a hookup or pl/sql command to call aws S3 to get the latest url where my attachemnts are stored.

my oracle current version:

RDBMS : 12.1.0.2.0
Oracle Applications : 12.2.5
