Invoiceable Flag Set in item master, but Child Items are not interfaced to AR

In Oracle EBS 12.2.5, when booking a sales order with kits in Order Management, only the kit header appears on the AR invoice, even though the child items are marked as invoiceable in item master. Could you please clarify which configuration or setup determines this behavior?
