21c Hybrid Cube Solve Order

How do you edit member solve order in a 21c Hybrid Cube? For non EAS managed applications we are able to edit members in the Web UI (https://xxxx/essbase/jet) outline editor and see the member solve order but we can't edit it. When editing the solve order in SmartView it does not stick
