local web installation query on JDE 9.2 tool

HI Team,

Could you help with web dev feature installation error as - cannot fine the java that weblogic server uses , java home should be specfied inc:\oracle\middleware\oracle_home\oui\globalenv.properties

Java_home is exist in the location but still this error appear.

Please guide on this.
