We have a customer that has written a GNOME app on Solaris. The end user uses eXceed from a Windows desktop to ssh to the server and run the app. The app has been running fine until SRU69 when GNOME v45 was introduced. It's hard to describe the issue but from what I've seen it seems the pointer doesn't always align with where it shows. Sometimes the user will try to click an action on the window and the actual pointer action is behind the window or maybe right of the window.

Has anyone seen this behavior? Our prod server has been stuck at SRU68 and we're at a loss on how to fix this issue.
