How to Update Account Cat codes using P01RS01

Hi

We are running 9.2 How do we update account Cat codes on the COA as we have 6500 accounts to update from a spreadsheet. When I copy and paste into the application I get a hard error as the accounts already exist. But if I find the accounts in the Configure Accounts form I can paste the values in and save/ update without error. This is cumbersome as I have to ensure the values line up correctly as opposed to loading large sections of the spreadsheet which is quicker but this is the only way the app. allows
