Loading of Email contacts and alt addressess

Hi

Is there a way to load email contacts and alt addressess if there is no whos who info to load for the Address book number? I have read this document

but it does not give a clear answer, for in our scenario the email addresses do not have a whos who record in the same batch to load. In short is there a way to load email and alternate addresses on their own using the R011110Z without them having a whos who address for the R011110Z will always load the Whos who information
