After Upgrade to 19.21 ASR Manager is not found

Hi,

we have upgraded ODA X7-2S from 19.17 to 19.21 and as recommended I had to delete the ASR configuration because the command odacli export-asrconfig did not work in 19.17. Now I want to re-configure it and as it was EXTERNAL I only find documentation about configuring the ASR manager with the export files from before the upgrade.

Do I need to re-install the ASR manager now or how can i proceed?
