Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Schedule of Standard Report User Signoff Duration Report fail to generate historical report

When we are trying to schedule the Standard Report - 'User Signoff Duration Report' it is giving an error of

"java.lang.NullPointerException" and report is not generated.

Users are getting mail at the scheduled time but no report is generated with the following error -

"java.lang.NullPointerException"
