ShipConfirm Button Is Not Enabled at Shipping Transactions Form for New Inventory Org

Hi All,

Currently, we are using Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.9

Shipping Transactions form: The Ship confirmation button is not enabled, and we cannot ship confirm any orders for New OU & New Inventory Org. It is working with the existing (Old) OU's and Inventory Org.

Note: All the Grants and or Roles Definitions are in place - Role used is standard " Upgrade", both Trip and Delivery " Ship Confirm" are enabled. We are using Oracle Seeded " OM Responsibility"
