Need clarification on document Doc ID 3055448.1

Hello Team,

Good day!
As per document E1: INST: How to Enable Release 25 - Development HTML Server Feature? (Doc ID 3055448.1)

We set up the jde.ini from Development Client and our Local web is working fine. However, we observed that it is populating the environment list intermediate page while launching the local web from Enterprise Menu option and also it is showing JDV920 and other custom environments pointing to DV920 Pathcode. Within Oracle document under 'Testing' Section, it is showing that local web is getting launched with DV920 only. Kindly clarify whether we are missing any setting from Development client or is it working as per design.
