Blanket Release from Sales Order entry

We recently upgraded to JDE 9.2 Release 25/UN9 and the blanket release functionality has changed. Previously we took the Blanket Row exit and could release from blankets from other sold to's. Now the row exit is hidden if there is no blanket found for the specific item/customer entered. We use a single blanket to release to multiple sold to's but can't any longer. Does anyone have a work around or a solution?
