Missing CUA for our SI

We have just discovered that we do not have administrative access to our My Oracle Support portal. The only person that has administrative access has resigned from the company.

How do we go about giving a different user administrative access when the CUA is not longer available. I would like to give my account CUA and I only have the "User" Role

Any assistance is appreciated.
