Second requisition clubbed in a single PO but not showing in the PO Distributions

Product: Oracle Purchasing 12.2.7

Two requisitions were created with qty 1 and 4 for the same item and clubbed in a single PO but the second requisition details not showing in PO Distributions and this second requisition is showing available in the requisition pool. Kindly suggest what might be the issue.
