LDAPS Logon Fail

Hello,

When attempting to log on to the Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager administration portal using LDAPS authentication, the following error occurs:
Server_error: Cannot resolve principal 'User01@sub.domain.local'
This occurs when using a user from a child domain in an environment with parent and child domains.

However, logging on was possible when startTLS was specified.
*The ovirt-engine-extension-aaa-ldap-setup command was successfully configured for both LDAPS and startTLS.

Are there any possible reasons for this?
