No IKE Initialization

Hello fellows

Hope you're doing well!

I could use a bit of advice — I'm trying to connect a virtual SBC (v8.4) to an SBC 3820 in a local setup to test IKE tunnel interaction.
No matter what I do, I can't seem to get the IKE protocol to initialize — there are no ISAKMP messages leaving the configured interfaces at all.

Maybe someone has run into something similar or can point me in the right direction?

Would really appreciate any tips or ideas!
