CC requisitioner in emails sending out orders.

Is it possible to have the requisitioner cc to the order emails that are sent to the supplier? Although the emails to suppliers ask them not to reply to the email that orders are sent from, they still send delivery details and invoices tot his email address. If we copied the requisitioner into the emails, this will enable them to reply all to include the right person in the email. I am sure other Organisations have the same issue and was wondering how you manage this.
