Missing Person Profile Issue - Employee receives error when applying for an internal opening
Hello! We have an employee trying to apply for an internal job opening and is receiving this message: Your User Profile has no Employee ID. Candidate Gateway cannot be accessed from the menu without this Employee ID. Contact your system administrator and have them provide an Employee ID for your User Profile.
The only other issue I found online was when the employee was trying to apply for an opening that wasn't active. This is not our situation, as this opening is active until 5/5/25.
Upon further research, we have 600+ employees (out of our 2,800 employees) that also do not have a profile and 400+ whose profiles are marked 'inactive' even though they have made updates to their own profile recently. All employees have a user ID attached to their security profiles.
