Impairment expense account not generating

in Fixed Assets - EBS (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

we have set FA Account Generator workflow to Yes and for Impairment expense Account is not getting generated when running Create Accounting for Latin American FA

getting below error
Error Number : 95353
Error message :
Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Assets Book Default Account
owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the source
values passed for the transaction.

we are using FA_STANDARD_ACCOUNTING

raised oracle SR ,but not providing any solution and they dragging SR since 2months asking files no progress.
