iProcurement Requisition Number not displaying on Work Order Materials screen

Recently upgraded to Oracle eAm at 12.2.12 and a new issue appeared. After jumping to iProcurement from a Work Order Request Materials link, the Requisition Number does not display on the referenced Work Order, requiring manual searching in iProcurement for Requisitions (when attempting to avoid duplicate Requisitions).
