WHY is the queue for mass additions (POST) and not (NEW)? also i can not add to asset a new addition

In the Fixed Assets module, we are utilizing Asset Tracking to automatically transfer inventory transactions into Mass Additions. From there, we proceed to create assets based on the mass addition lines.

However, we are currently facing an issue:
The Queue status for these mass additions is being set to "POST" by default, and we are unable to change it to "NEW". When attempting to update the queue status, the only available options are POST, HOLD, and DELETE — the "NEW" status is not available for selection.

This limitation is preventing us from adding mass additions to an already created asset, which is disrupting our process.
