Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. While trying to reverse a posted voucher with withholding tax the reversal entry is not getting created in F0911.Voucher is reversed only in F0411

is there any specific application to reverse withholding vouchers?
