How to control Outbound call timeout in siebel CRM ?
Hello Team,
Our Siebel application is integrated with a third-party system, where Siebel initiates an outbound communication to the third-party application and awaits its response. If the third-party application fails to respond within 120 seconds, the integration process encounters a timeout error and subsequently fails.
Can the timeout limit be increased at component level/server level/AI level so that the transaction does not fail if no response is received from the third-party application within 120 seconds ?
