Procurement Card Recon search page - search by name or EMPLID throwing error after PT 8.61 upgrade

We are currently in PS 9.2 FSCM PUM 51

We just upgraded to PT 8.61 over the weekend.

We have just been notified by users that when attempting to search by EMPLID or name in the text boxes on the reconciliation screen, the system is showing the name with erroneous characters which causes an error.

If the user uses the lookup icon then they are able to get the correct name to populate and move forward with search.

Anyone else experience this? We are only finding this in PCard at this time. We've tried the name search in other modules and didn't run across this issue.
