In warehouse control board, a Sales Order task is Allocated one LPN but allocated to a locator where LPN is not present

LPN: LPN1

LPN Onhand Locator: LOC.000.001.US

Warehouse control board Allocated LPN: LPN1

Locator: LOC.XYZ.001.US

How is this possible to have the rule engine allocate a LPN and locator but the locator is not of the LPN onhand locator?
