Is it possibile to deploy between different Siebel versions?

Hi all,
I wonder if it is possibile to deploy between different Siebel versions, e.g. export from 24.12 and import to 25.4.
Before updating the target environment version from 24.12 to 25.4, the deploy worked fine. After the update, the deploy no longer works.

Here is the incremental deploy log:

REPIMEXP-ERR-1101: Unable to open export file \\gcpsiebeltstas1\SiebelFS\migration\1-S9CDT\dat\repexport_3A17C3757F72.dat (UTLDataDelimRead).
REPIMEXP-ERR-1108: Unable to write value to export file (UTLFStrmLongWrite).
REPIMEXP-ERR-1102: Unable to close export file \\gcpsiebeltstas1\SiebelFS\migration\1-S9CDT\dat\repexport_3A17C3757F72.dat (UTLDataLongWrite totTbls).
Error reading repository signature from: \\gcpsiebeltstas1\SiebelFS\migration\1-S9CDT\dat\repexport_3A17C3757F72.dat.
