ODM Showing Inactive

Hi All,

We have a very important business demo and we need to enable ODM (Oracle deal Management), however, currently I see it's showing Inactive in User management, which I logged in via SYSADMIN. Please assist in activating it. It is not getting activated via updating the "Roles administration" process, also
