Is Oracle Database 19c (19.26) supported on a VM/guest deployed from Red Hat Linux 9.4 KVM?

MOS Doc ID 417770.1 indicates that while Oracle products are definitely supported on an Oracle Linux KVM guest VM, Oracle products are NOT supported on a Red Hat Linux KVM guest VM (line 28 in details). However, I'm not sure if that information is current and/or accurate. I have been unable to find any corroborating publicly available information or MOS documents and am attempting to verify whether Oracle 19c deployment is supported on a RHEL KVM guest.
