ORDS deployment has failed after added/created new server in DMZ node

Hello,

We have installed WebLogic 14c on 2 nodes (Internal node) and deployed the ords on those 2 nodes, it has working fine on ords access the Apex application. Now we added 3rd node DMZ (External node) on same Weblogic cluster, and deployed the ords into all 3 managed servers. During start the "servicing all requests" it has error.
