Shipping (WSH) Requests are running in DEBUG mode - even though Debug Profile is set to Not enabled

EBS 12.2.12, running on Linux 7. The site profile WSH Debug Enabled is set to No. When Interface Trip Stops are run - the log clearly shows it is running the debugger - which causes those jobs to run MUCH longer.
