SQL Developer dropping connections

I have installed a new container database (19c) and converted our old non-container databases to PDB's. Whenever I connect to the PDB's from SQL Developer I randomly get the "Your database connection has been reset" warning after it is idle for more than a couple of minutes. I have checked my IDLE_TIME for the profile used for the connection and it is set at Unlimited. We have not converted all our Non-Container databases and they do not seem to have the same problem, however they will drop the connection after several hours which is fine.
