how to launch or invoke the Questionnaire Framework in PeopleSoft Page or component PeopleCode?

I created a survey by using questionnaire framework. I'm trying to show or display that when the users are done with the page they were in but I don't know how to make that happen.

Please anyone has experience to share as I didn't find any useful information in Oracle.
