How to migrate custom forms and report during EBS upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10

Hello Team,


we are working for an upgrade from EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 or higher. In our current applications we have lots of custom forms and reports. I am new in upgradation. So, wants to expert suggestion how we can migrate these custom forms and report during upgradation / after upgradation?

kindly suggest the best way to upgrade EBS applications from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 or higher including custom forms and reports.
