How to see only schedules cycle count tasks in Mobile and/or WMS control board?

We are in Oracle ebs r.12.2.11

We are currently in the process of implementing the Warehouse Management System.

When creating cycle counts for the inventory we are working with a daily frequency. I was expecting to see task in the Warehouse control board only for the scheduled items but I see Cycle count tasks for all items in the cycle count. All these cycle count tasks are also available in the Mobile so the user does not know which items he is supposed to count at each time. We need to see only the schedules tasks in the Mobile (and WMS control board) at each time.
