Ho to configure sign-out URL when configuring Azure as IDP?

Oracle Product:

WebLogic Server Version: 12.2.1.4.0

While trying to configure SSO using AZURE as IDP ,we face issue when trying to click sign out , can the steps shared on how to setup signout URL when using SAML2.

Also SSO works in a new browser however in browser existing session where we are signed in with Azure for another app, the weblogic login dont work and keep loading. Even though logs say

 <SecuritySAMLAtn> <BEA-000000><login(): login succeeded for username xyz@abc.com>
