How do I get a user approved to put in tickets for Primavera P6 Version 22
In the past, I have sent users to Oracle support to create a user account. I also give them the Support Identifier they are supposed to use for user access. After they complete the initial account setup I get a request from Oracle to verify the user and then they are granted access. Has that process changed. I had a user do this recently and have not received the usual email to approve the user.
