FSG report row set assignment

Version : Oracle EBS GL, 12.2.4.

Currently, our FSG row set assignment for the GL Account is by parent segment. Is there any way or script that would allow us to check the child account for that particular line? The reason is that the user wants to know which child account is tagged to that particular line/grouping.

I am unable to link the flex_value table with the FSG table because I am unable to find the indicator to link these two tables.
