PS Query tables to get new hire employees 90 days waiting period and no show on effective date query

Hello,

This is on PS 9.2. I need to write a query to get new hire employees who have to wait for 90 days from effective date for their benefits to kick on but they are a no show on the effective date and subsequenty got terminated.

What would be the query/tables in PS that would give this information?
