414705.1 setup steps are not clear in given document

Ex:-

  1. In System Administrator responsibility assign the CE: Bank Account Transfers system profile to your responsibility in Cash management. Path: Oracle Application Manager / Profile / System.

What is the profile value we should setup here is it ok to setup at responsibility or not is not clear

and getting below error while performing transfer

The transfer between same LE and OU but not sure why are we getting this error

Note:- Balancing segment value same between Source and Destination banks only difference is Natural account in conclusion we can say this is cash transfer from one natural account to another natural account
