How to exclude expired credit card accounts on OM Payment screen Credit cards LOV?
We are on release 12.2.12 and Oracle through SR said we can't inactivate expired credit cards. When the order is created and on the payment screen if the customer has 30 expired credit card accounts and two unexpired credit card accounts, the LOV is showing all.
User wanted to see only the unexpired credit cards on the Payments screen or there should be a way to inactivate the expired credit cards. Inactivated expired credit cards are not showing on the Payment screen credit cards LOV. How to achieve the functionality that users can see only the unexpired credit card accounts?
