Command to Compile EDI 810 Message Designer Source File (.dtd) file

Hi ,

I'm looking for pointers with respect to EDI 810 (EDI Customer Invoices) Process. I need the command using which I can compile or recompile a .dtd file.

I have made changes to the code which is referred by .dtd file. However my changes are not reflecting but code is working as it is supposed to be. I'm suspecting the source dtd file needs to be recompile, but I don't have the command to do so.

Please share the command for .dtd file recompilation in Oracle. We are 12.2.12 and DB is 19.0.0.0.0.
