Is it possible to create a new invoice type in Oracle e-business suite r12?

I am looking to be able to create a new invoice type that is set up similar to prepayment invoice type. I haven't been able to find any instructions on how to do that, but I have found a few random articles telling me I probably won't be able to. The only place I've read to start is Payables Manager Responsibility > Setup > Invoice > Invoice Type. I don't have the "Invoice Type" to click on. Is Invoice type one of the "seeded"/default items that is created when you first being with Oracle? Is it even possible for me
